CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — Police say two Johnstown teenagers have been charged for robbing a taxi driver at gun point in East Conemaugh Borough early Tuesday morning. According to a criminal complaint, 17-year-old Joseph Camut III and 18-year-old Anthony Petak have been charged with robbery, aggravated assault and conspiracy. Additionally, Petak is a charge related to carrying a gun without a license. According to the East Conemaugh Police Department, officers were called to the 300 block of Oak Street just before 4 a.

UNIVERSITY PARK – Penn State is hosting events this week as a part of national Sexual Assault Prevention Month. The university is hosting its own sexual violence and awareness week, this week -- trying to shed light on the habit of victim blaming. One exhibit is really getting people's attention. People walking through the student center at Penn State this week will likely notice a display of clothes, presented by the university's gender equity center.

Authorities said it happened in an alley about five blocks away from their house, this past summer. Police say they found the boy sitting on his bike in an alley, waiting with prescription pills. According to documents filed against Lisa Henry Thursday, undercover informants under the surveillance of Somerset County drug task force detectives first stopped at Henry's South Ankeny Avenue home back in June to purchase prescription drugs.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott issued a proclamation Thursday, granting a full pardon to a former U.S. Army sergeant who was convicted of murdering a Black Lives Matter protester in 2020. The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles voted unanimously to recommend the pardon and recommended restoring U.S. Army Sgt. Daniel Perry's firearm rights. The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles conducted an exhaustive review of U.S. Army Sergeant Daniel Perry’s personal history and the facts surrounding the July 2020 incident and recommended a Full Pardon and Restoration of Full Civil Rights of Citizenship,"
