UPDATE:Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — State Police have identified the man killed when a garbage truck backed into a tree on Wednesday. Investigators say Nathan Kerstetter, 38, of Milesburg, was killed when he was reportedly struck by an overhanging tree near a driveway in Port Matilda Borough. Centre County coroner Scott Sayers says Kerstetter suffered blunt force trauma to the head, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Shaerin Rose Kelley was sentenced to more than 13 years, 165 months, in prison after admitting to hiring two 17-year-olds to shoot and kill her ex-husband, Baron Li, on July 10, 2020.
